📋 Description

• Vectorize logos, save them to the proper file format, and craft mock-ups for the sales team • Set type and size imprints on promotional products • Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations • Pull product templates from supplier websites to create proofs • Send proofs to customers for review and approval • Transition approved orders into production and monitor order status to prevent delays • Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding revisions or suggestions • Assess project specifics and create final products adhering to requirements • Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in graphic design and the ability to deliver visually impactful designs
