📋 Description

• Prepare artwork for production by vectorizing logos • Build accurate mock-ups and production-ready proofs • Set imprints to exact product specifications • Work closely with the sales team, creative partners, and clients to apply creative direction and branding to products • Support in-house creative campaigns • Create virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff • Communicate with clients about layout and design • Place client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods • Edit and compose graphics • Create multiple design solutions • Review final layouts and suggest improvements • Coordinate with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in another relevant role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator (strong expertise required), Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign • Ability to accurately scale artwork to fit production specifications • Strong understanding of CMYK and Pantone color systems • Solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management • Ability to maintain speed and efficiency while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting stringent deadlines • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical graphic design skills • Promotional products industry experience is an advantage but not required
