📋 Description

• Assists the sales team with customer inquiries and provides expert product knowledge on roofing materials, installation techniques, and other roofing services. • Prepares and maintains sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and invoices tailored to roofing projects. • Coordinates and schedules appointments, roof inspections, site visits, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients. • Maintains accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM. • Provides support in processing orders, tracking material deliveries, and ensuring timely completion of roofing projects. • Liaises with roofing contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. • Conducts market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs in the roofing industry. • Assists in creating and maintaining promotional materials, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns specific to roofing products and services. • Handles administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls related to roofing inquiries. • Provides excellent customer service, addressing client concerns about roofing products, warranties, and installation processes promptly and professionally. • Performs other related tasks as needed to support the sales and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business Administration, or any related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role; experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage. • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing terminology, materials, and processes is a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. • Customer-oriented and can adapt to and respond to diverse nationalities. • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Various roofing industry-specific software (i.e., AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, EagleView, Exactimate)
