📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring visibility into timelines and dependencies • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal engineering, data, and operations teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle • Lead alignment meetings, status reports, and follow-up rituals with teams and stakeholders • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans • Document decisions, scope, and deliverables clearly and accessibly • Support the management of technical requests by translating client needs into concrete actions for the teams • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience in project management at the mid-level or senior level • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistency and meticulous attention to detail • Proactivity and autonomy in conducting analyses • Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams • Advanced English proficiency • Intermediate Spanish is a plus • Experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is a plus • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or PMBOK is a plus
