📋 Description

• Cut shortform clips (X, IG, TikTok, Shorts) that highlight the strongest, most shareable moments • Edit full podcast episodes into clean, structured, high-quality longform content • Craft strong hooks, pacing, and narrative flow to maximize retention • Create engaging short form clips about current events in tech from various external shows • Pull surface standout insights, quotes, and reactions from recordings • Add light graphics, captions, music, and sound design where appropriate • Collaborate closely on creative direction, notes, and fast-turnaround edits

🎯 Requirements

• Strong editorial taste and instincts, especially for conversation driven content • Proven ability to turn longform footage into compelling shortform clips • Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented execution • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what performs on social • Good eye for design and strong ability to follow established branding • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment • Proficiency in The Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve or other editing/creative software • Experience with podcasts, interviews, or creator-led content preferred • A general understanding of Figma to create and edit templated UIs and/or storyboarding
