📋 Description

• As an Operations Analyst at Delphi Digital Research, you'll be a pivotal figure in driving operational efficiency, financial planning, and project management initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of operational and financial objectives. • Oversee project execution and reporting. • Support the FP&A function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. • Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. • Manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Streamline workflow and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational performance. • Serve as a central point of contact for project coordination, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and project timelines. • Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to monitor performance against budget and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in finance, operations, FP&A, or project management roles. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and project management tools. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry (preferred but not required).
