• Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements • Advise on employee lifecycle matters • Support organizational changes and workforce planning • Advise on remote work and cross-border employment matters • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures • Monitor employment law developments
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified lawyer in an EU or US jurisdiction • 3–5 years of experience • Employment and labour law experience • Strong understanding of employment law frameworks • Excellent English communication skills • Ability to work independently • Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills
