📋 Description

• Own the community across online community forums, including structure, rituals, moderation and day-to-day engagement • Answer questions, unblock traders, escalate bugs and address API questions • Identify and nurture power users and strategy builders; run ambassador and early-access programmes • Plan and execute offline meetups, hackathons and strategy competitions across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and other hubs, plus online AMAs, workshops and guest sessions • Create getting-started guides, API tutorials, strategy walkthroughs and backtesting explainers • Maintain useful documentation, sample code and cookbooks; write and test basic strategies • Capture community pain points and translate them into prioritised product feedback • Track global developments in agentic tooling, AI copilots and no-code automation and inform users and the roadmap • Define and track community metrics such as active builders, deployed strategies, resolution time and new-trader retention

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in community management, developer relations, growth, content or a trader-facing role • Real understanding of algo trading, including backtesting, slippage and webhooks • Enjoyment of talking to traders and handling hundreds of conversations per month • Awareness of the algo landscape in India and globally • Strong written communication skills • Comfort with API documentation, sample code and explaining strategies to beginners • Self-starter with strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to travel for events • Hands-on experience building, backtesting or running strategies or bots preferred • Existing network in Indian trading, quant or developer communities preferred • Experience running Discord/Telegram communities at scale or organising meetups and hackathons preferred • Ability to write Python well enough to build demos and debug user issues preferred • Personal trading experience in crypto or Indian markets preferred
