📋 Description
• Handle inbound customer service calls • Provide timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries • Identify the customer's needs, suggest products and services • Maintain and modify customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries • Resolve product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Basic knowledge of computers • HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service • Must be 18 years of age or older
