• Support project teams with risk assessments, Safety & Environmental audits, and incident investigations. • Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement. • Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures. • Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs. • Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks. • Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and relevant project stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a QHSE-related field. • Genuine passion for safety and environmental protection. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset. • Team player with strong communication skills and a sense of initiative. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. • Willing to travel worldwide and work in a rotational offshore schedule.
