📋 Description

• You independently handle claims cases — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software. • You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who will challenge, support and inspire you. • You help optimize and automate our claims management processes and contribute ideas to further improve the customer experience. • You support our customer service colleagues with claims-related questions — directly contributing to customer satisfaction. • In addition to handling claims, you also take on cross-functional tasks such as answering customer phone calls. • Together as a team you achieve daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure and team spirit.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in claims handling or billing — ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment. • A confident, friendly presence and clear, empathetic communication. • Structured, independent way of working and good time management. • Confident use of digital tools — MS Office and modern software solutions are familiar to you. • Very good German skills (at least C1); English is not required but helpful in our international environment.
