📋 Description

• End-to-end deal responsibility: Independently manage and support M&A processes — from sourcing and financial analysis through valuation and due diligence to negotiations and post-merger integration • Active deal sourcing: Identify potential partner practices and build trusted relationships with practice owners (m/f/d) and other relevant stakeholders • Strategic growth: Help shape our buy-and-build strategy with the goal of expanding and scaling our current network of 14 practices • Direct impact: Your work will have an immediate effect on our growth and the further development of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable background • Several years of M&A experience, ideally in healthcare, services, or buy-and-build environments • Strong initiative — you proactively approach people, build trust quickly, and understand the needs of practice sellers • Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility, and results orientation • Structured working style, clear communication, and the ability to find viable solutions — even in complex stakeholder environments • Negotiation-level German and English skills and willingness to travel within Germany
