📋 Description
• Participate in the development of country strategy for CE and KOL • Tactical execution of the RCO strategy and delivery of quality education programs • Responsible for management, mobilization, and quality assessment of KOL’s • Support regional marketing & sales teams • Work with marketing team to update/develop training materials • Delivery of sales team and dealer training programs • Monitor clinical publications and provide updates • Responsible for controlling, monitoring and updating training budget • Develop and implement process to measure end-user need satisfaction • Plan events and ensure successful event management • Maintain records of customers interested in CE courses • Compliance with Corporate guidance and initiatives • Support commercial and marketing leads in drafting plans
🎯 Requirements
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field i.e. Dental or Medical • 3 years related experience with demonstrated record of success • Proven ability to coordinate and effectively plan continuing education events • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Internet applications • Proven track record of developing Training and Education programs • Fluency in English, additional Languages in SA is a plus • Background in Dentistry is an advantage
