📋 Description
• Provide leadership and strategic direction of the Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) team • Ensure governance and compliance of technology operations is upheld • Collaborate with client teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions • Reports on key metrics and leads team including cloud architects and DBAs
🎯 Requirements
• Circa 10+ years of designing, building and supporting enterprise-class solutions • Circa 5+ years in a managerial role with expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure • ITIL and relevant Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) certifications highly desired • Understanding of emerging methodologies, technologies, architectures, products (primarily AWS, GCP and Microsoft technology stacks)
