📋 Description

‱ Strategy & planning ‱ Build and own monthly and quarterly content and campaign plans aligned with business goals. ‱ Craft audience-first strategies focused on visibility, engagement, and lead generation, especially for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. ‱ Work closely with our internal blog writer, design, and sales teams to ensure brand alignment and tone. ‱ Social media growth & execution ‱ Grow our LinkedIn company page, as well as support internal stakeholders (e.g. founders, sales leads) in building credible personal brands. ‱ Manage social accounts (LinkedIn, FB, IG, YouTube), from scheduling and community engagement to creative ideation. ‱ Repurpose technical insights and sales enablement content into snackable,high-performing social posts. ‱ Paid ads & campaigns ‱ Plan and run paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Google) aimed at decision-makers in various sectors: Fintech, Proptech, Medtech, Farmtech. ‱ Test and optimise ad creative, messaging, and formats for conversions and engagement. ‱ Webinar & event marketing ‱ Own end-to-end webinar execution, from speaker outreach to registration landing pages and post-event follow-up. ‱ Work with internal experts to shape technical content into compelling webinar topics. ‱ Performance reporting ‱ Track KPIs and report on channel performance, campaign ROI, and key engagement metrics. ‱ Optimise strategies based on insight, using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 4+ years in content strategy, digital marketing, or campaign execution, ideally within tech, cloud, or IT service-based businesses. ‱ Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth tactics, paid promotion, and social-first content marketing. ‱ Experience in executing and scaling webinars and events as demand-gen tools. ‱ Sharp copy skills tailored to social media, paid ads, and email outreach. ‱ Comfortable with tools like GA4 and LinkedIn Ads Manager. ‱ A keen eye for branding, messaging, and storytelling in a B2B environment. ‱ Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented, you spot opportunities and run with them.
