• 10+ years of experience in brand, content, or creative marketing, with at least 5 years in a B2B environment. • A track record of developing brand strategies and delivering creative campaigns that drive awareness, consistency, and business results. • Strong creative judgment — able to evaluate, shape, and champion great ideas from concept through execution across digital and offline channels. • Experience leading internal teams and managing external agencies or freelancers to produce high-impact work on time and within budget. • Experience overseeing web as a strategic asset — partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize design, content, SEO, UX, and conversion. • Familiarity with web systems (CMS), design best practices, and performance metrics; not expected to code, but confident guiding web decisions. • Ability to connect brand and creative execution to business outcomes — comfortable measuring performance and evolving strategies based on insights. • Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. • Collaborative and hands-on — you’re just as comfortable building strategy as you are reviewing copy, giving design feedback, or writing a brief. • Comfortable working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments where curiosity, scrappiness, and creativity are key. • Passion for brand-building, storytelling, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression. • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; advanced degree not required.
