📋 Description

• Maintain prioritized backlogs that balance roadmap features, tech debt, bug fixes and customer tickets • Work with customer support to resolve issues • Communicate regularly with the Product Manager about roadmap progress, team capacity, and risks to meeting the goals • Write tickets with clear and complete acceptance criteria • Schedule and facilitate team events, such as standup, refinement, planning, demo, and retro • Set objectives for the team that reflect current product priorities • Collaborate with the development leads and Product Manager to set release dates • Work with QA and development to ensure complete and efficient development and testing • Maintain team metrics and prioritize automation to improve the development processes • Own the release process by ensuring quality requirements are met, preparing internal teams, delivering documentation, and scheduling the release.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a scrum master or product owner • Agile development expertise • Previous experience with enterprise software products • Excellent communication skills • Excellent prioritization and coordination skills • Accessibility knowledge and experience would be a plus. • Developer tools knowledge and experience would be a plus e.g., command line applications, APIs, git, GitHub/GitLab, Continuous Integration tools
