• Drive Dermalogica’s sales performance in your territory through strategic planning, account support, events and business development. • Cultivate deep relationships with spa, salon and medspa partners by understanding their goals and offering tailored Dermalogica solutions. • Take full ownership of account development, including proactive lead generation and conversion of qualified prospects. • Execute in-field training, merchandising, product launches, and marketing activations to elevate account success. • Open new accounts through targeted prospecting and industry networking. • Leverage sell-through data to build actionable, custom growth plans with partners. • Support marketing and product launches with in-field presence, education and merchandising. • Coordinate and support education events, trade shows, and brand experiences.
• 2+ years B2B field sales experience, preferably in skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or salon industries. • Experience or strong understanding of spa, salon or medspa environments (dermatology, aesthetics clinics, or medical-grade skincare). • Certified Skin Therapist (esthetician) is a strong asset. • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. • Confidence using MS Office and CRM software. • Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally.
