📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing skincare advice and recommending products • Serve as a primary point of contact for Professional Skin Therapists through Live Chat and Email • Support Dermalogica's educational initiatives • Assist with Dermalogica consumer and professional programs • Identify, document, and escalate customer experience trends
🎯 Requirements
• Current Skin Therapist license with at least one year of hands-on professional experience • Strong knowledge of Dermalogica products, treatments, and skincare recommendations • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Experience using Zendesk or other CRM platforms is preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide skincare guidance across multiple communication channels
