📋 Description

• Carry out specialized technical tasks, studies, research and analysis. • Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans • Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues • Ensure information quality and accuracy. • Produce management reports to update recommendations, determine courses of action, monitor activities and enforce rules • Respond to complex and special requests and follow up as needed • Help clients and practitioners follow your unit’s policies, standards and procedures and use its tools and systems

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Hold the Compliance Officer certificate • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
