📋 Description

• Analyze access to information requests, contact clients, review files and send them to the requester. • Analyze subrogation requests, contact clients or their representatives and ensure collections. • Ensure that the laws in effect are applied when processing access to information and subrogation requests. • Complete preparatory work for legal proceedings. • Take charge of subpoenas. • Carry out benefit payments in the core business system.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience with life and health insurance claims • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec • Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
