• Generate insights that illuminate the customer journey. • Drive lead acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across deskbird. • Leverage existing tracking systems and transform complex datasets into well-structured data models. • Work with diverse datasets that reflect the entire customer lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure initiatives are effective.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on growth and marketing. • Advanced skills in SQL and dbt for data modelling and building trusted datasets. • Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimental design and analysis. • Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Strong expertise in Python for statistical analysis, propensity modelling, and building analytical solutions (e.g., Pandas, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn). • Excellent organisational, analytical, and collaboration skills. • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
