📋 Description

• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting and accounting. • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s overall objectives and growth targets. • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes. • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on financial data to drive business decisions. • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to the executive team and investors. • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and regulatory bodies relevant to the payments industry. • Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations and sustainable growth. • Lead financial modeling and analysis to identify key business metrics, growth opportunities, and risks. • Manage relationships with investors, ensuring clear and transparent communication regarding the company’s financial performance. • Lead and build a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Work closely with the product, operations, marketing, and sales teams to provide financial insights and guidance to optimize business strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in the fintech or payments industry). • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Proven track record in managing and scaling financial operations in a fast-growing startup environment. • Proven experience working in - empresas en varios paises- consolidación financiera, currency, leyes fiscales. • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS), tax regulations, and financial compliance relevant to the payments and fintech sectors. • Experience with financial management software, ERP systems, and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero). • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • MBA or Master’s in Finance is preferred. • Advanced English.
