📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for the ERP solution "proAlpha" and other systems • Independently identify and resolve incidents and errors • Provide user support at 1st- and 2nd-level • Analyze IT-supported business processes • Test software solutions prior to the go-live of new versions • Implement minor program adjustments and document processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or an equivalent qualification • At least 2 years of experience in support • Knowledge of the functionality of modern ERP systems (e.g., proAlpha) • Practical experience in ERP administration • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
