📋 Description

• Technical point of contact for service technicians, customers and contractors in the area of converter technology • Analyze and resolve faults on converters, in particular on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer® and GE® wind turbines, that are forwarded to 2nd level support via remote monitoring • Provide remote verbal technical support to service teams during the repair of wind turbines • Create work instructions, maintenance documentation and RAMS • Create and review work orders, including technical documentation • Monitor wind turbine performance and derive improvement measures • Support the technical preparation of proposals for repairs and retrofits in the area of converter technology

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician/mechatronics technician and/or technician qualification and/or a degree in engineering • Several years of experience with converters, in particular on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer® and GE® wind turbines • Very good German skills, spoken and written • Good English skills, spoken and written • Confident use of common Microsoft Office programs • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style • Team player • Fit for working at heights and physically capable • Valid driving licence (class B) • Willingness and enjoyment of occasional travel
