📋 Description
• Drive business operations through process optimization, consolidation, and reporting. • Support performance management with analysis, transparency, and clear reporting. • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controlling to guide strategic decisions. • Act as an interface across teams, delivering presentations and insights for leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: Several years in business operations, performance management, or financial controlling, ideally within a matrix organization. • Expertise: Strong in financial and performance data consolidation and analysis; knowledge of cloud services or healthcare is a plus. • Languages: Fluent in German and English (C1 level). • Technical Skills: Proficient in reporting tools, data analysis software, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). • Analytical Thinking: Strong with numbers and quick to grasp complex topics. • Communication: Able to present insights clearly and adapt to different audiences. • Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and able to drive projects independently.
