📋 Description
• Conceptual design, architecture and technical solution using multiple technologies and vendors • Guarantee realization, implementation and functionality of the developed solution • Consultancy for potential customer in presales period; analyse customer demands and convert requirements into technical specifications • Evaluate production costs • Steer international team of experts to deliver solutions and define SLA specifications including transition and transformation for handover to support/operational units • Build and develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization and standardization • Define strategy, implementation methods and technical procedures for migrations to deliver complex solutions and environments • Determine future system and technology changes and migration approaches for cost-effective product support • Work with vendors to correct critical product defects and propose future product development • Develop new concepts and products including roadmaps covering applications and infrastructure technologies • Identify architectural risks and propose alternatives to assure integrity • Act as key technical lead to coordinate activities across related technologies and steer international project teams • Contribute to technical handover and provide project deliverables; outline deadlines for service delivery • Provide framework for knowledge sharing and training of developers and operations • Master focus on Vmware technologies and architecture; lead technical workshops and customer workshops
🎯 Requirements
• Broad and deep knowledge about state-of-the-art technologies and products • Expert knowledge and experience with ICT environment verified by professional level certification exams preferably from multiple vendors • Experience with enterprise architectural frameworks, service oriented architecture and building architecture roadmaps • Ability to establish, implement and enforce appropriate standards to meet business requirements • Complex knowledge about whole organizational structure, practical use of tools, KPI’s and connection with QM • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for complex solutions • Good IT processes knowledge corresponding to an industry standard certification • Master focus on Vmware technologies and architecture (Director portal, NSX-T, VCDA, Loginside, VROps, etc.) • Experience managing teams, external suppliers and vendors (up to 15 people) • Experience leading technical workshops and presales consultancy
