📋 Description

• Voice termékek megrendelésének a kezelése • Produktspecifikus tanácsadás és árajánlat adása az ügyfélnek • A megrendelési folyamat trackelése, nyomon követése és koordinációja • Részvétel ügyfélhívásokban • Hotline hívások kezelése • Különböző űrlapok kitöltése és ellenőrzése • Megrendelések toolokba történő felvitele és dokumentációja • Eszkalációk és esetleges panaszok kezelése • Ügyfélelégedettség fenntartása és fejlesztése

🎯 Requirements

• Folyékony német nyelvtudás szóban és írásban (C1 szint) • Angol nyelvtudás előny • Erős ügyfélkommunikációs készség • Önálló munkavégzés, koordinációs képesség és rugalmasság • Problémamegoldó képesség • Multinacionális környezetben szerzett tapasztalat előny • Csapatjátékosnak lenni • Utazási hajlandóság • Aktív, nappali tagozatos jogviszony (vagy passzív 25 éves kor alatt) • Minimum heti 20 óra munkavégzés • Remote work only available within Hungary
