📋 Description
• Különböző üzleti, ügyfélspecifikus Unix szerveroldali alkalmazások 2nd level üzemeltetési feladataiban támogatás nyújtása az alkalmazás adminisztrátoroknak számára • Az alkalmazások verzióváltásainak, migrációinak, operációs rendszereinek és hardware oldali változásainak teljes körű megtervezése, nyomon kísérése és koordinálása • A különböző ügyféligények egyeztetése, megtervezése, végrehajtatása és koordinálása • Az ITIL folyamatok (Incident-, Change-, Problemmanagement) megismerése és gyakorlati alkalmazása az alkalmazás-támogatási életciklusa során • Szakmai kapcsolattartás az ügyfél informatikai szakembereivel
🎯 Requirements
• Folyamatban lévő IT tanulmányok és aktív (vagy 25 év alatti passzív) nappali tagozatos hallgatói jogviszony megléte • Legalább heti 20 munkaóra vállalás • Legalább középszintű aktív, tárgyalóképes német nyelvtudás, és alapszintű angol nyelv ismeret • Nagyon jó kommunikációs és munka szervezési készség • Önálló és csoportos munkavégzésre való képesség
