📋 Description
• Participation in Windows releases and changes in a customer environment. • Supporting technical changes in test, PreProd, and Prod environments. • Participation in automation processes affecting the client (scripts). • Supporting the installation of various software including operating systems (Windows) and applications on various client platforms (Fat Client, VDI, Terminal Server).
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft technologies / Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments. • German language proficiency at a communication level. • Knowledge of software distribution systems (e.g., SCCM, MECM, Intune or DSM). • Proficiency in Citrix environments. • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment. • Experience in Active Directory and Windows Registry.
