📋 Description

• Develop backend services, APIs and data models for learning paths, user progress and content delivery • Implement ServiceNow CSM and NEOS based related integrations such as case updates, workflow triggers and data exchange • Work with the offshore team to coordinate development tasks and maintain backend code quality • Support the automation of lab environments and platform components through IaC • Monitor backend performance and resolve issues that affect user flows or data accuracy • Manage CI/CD pipelines for backend services and support smooth release cycles • Ensure backend security, logging and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Have completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific field, or comparable professional training • Bring 5–7 years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies • Have very good knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical network infrastructure • Have extensive experience with infrastructure automation • Have strong expertise in Linux systems and network-related services • Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and service orientation • Have experience working with agile development processes • Are able to evaluate technical solutions and develop creative approaches to complex challenges • Have experience with OpenStack and programming in open-source projects • Are fluent in written and spoken English • Are eligible to work within the European Union while meeting customer data security and privacy requirements.
