📋 Description
• Architecture, solution and implementation consulting • Advising customers on mapping cloud-based processes and developing target vs. actual concepts • Requirements and feasibility analyses, preparing cost estimates and presenting proposals to customers • Development, conception and design of modern architectural solutions • Act as direct point of contact for clients for troubleshooting and strategic advice related to the relevant modules • Strong understanding of customer master data management • Provide continuous project status updates and propose constructive options • Consistently demonstrate and deliver a strong, highly professional customer service commitment • Use technical and industry knowledge to identify and resolve complex client issues
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP ERP • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification • Holistic system understanding and specific knowledge in developing relevant processes in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA • Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield) • English proficiency at B2 level • German proficiency at C1 level (or communicative level with willingness to improve) • Willingness to travel and undertake extended stays abroad (approximately three two-week trips over a six-month period) • Willingness to become thoroughly familiar with German legal requirements and regulatory frameworks • Nice to have: Good knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in the context of Application Management Services (ideally with ServiceNow) • Initial experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN or Design Thinking) and DevOps tools such as Jira and Confluence • Experience with SAP BI/BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, and SAP Business Technology Platform • Initial exposure to the public sector and/or knowledge of the healthcare industry • Experience in interface development and/or Fiori/UI5
