📋 Description

• Organizational support and process management during the introduction of editorial tools and acting as the interface between editorial, technical and project teams • Lead responsibility for the implementation of an editorial planning tool • Participation in the strategic implementation of role-based working models, projects and innovation processes • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings • Contributing to the development of well-founded decision-making materials, templates, analyses and presentations • Initiation and coordination of change processes within the main department

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree (or equivalent) or a comparable qualification • Experience managing complex change processes, ideally in the media sector • Good technical understanding and strong affinity for digital tools and systems, particularly in editorial environments • Ability to present complex issues clearly and to produce texts, decision papers and presentations tailored to the target audience • Solid knowledge of modern working methods, especially regarding role-based organizational models and agile working methods • Strong organizational and coordination skills, a high degree of independence, and excellent communication and team skills • Good knowledge of the structure of public-service broadcasting, in particular the structure of Deutschlandradio • High resilience and willingness to embrace change • Process-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality • Very good understanding of business and economic contexts
