📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated performance tests for new and existing product functionality • Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, investigate issues, and provide actionable insights to engineering teams • Monitor application and service performance in AWS during test execution • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support performance improvements • Maintain and enhance existing performance test suites • Participate in test planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies • Document test results and share performance findings with stakeholders • Contribute to improving performance testing processes, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or test automation • Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS • Ability to work with requirements and acceptance criteria • Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot performance issues, and communicate findings clearly • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including Gatling and Scala • Upper-Intermediate English level • **Desirable:** • Hands-on experience with performance testing • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Gatling or similar • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Docker and containerization
