📋 Description

• Contribute to the quality and reliability of POS solutions through hands-on manual testing and close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders • Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms • Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations • Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution • Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the entire SDLC

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC • Hands-on experience testing web applications • Practical experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation • Strong understanding of defect management, bug life cycle, and bug types • Hands-on experience with Jira • Intermediate+ English level for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Team-oriented mindset and experience working closely with in-office, cross-functional teams • Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) (desirable) • Experience testing POS systems and hardware peripherals (desirable) • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or POS industry (desirable) • Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban (desirable) • CV in English
