📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot • Build and integrate microservices with message queues or Pub/Sub • Collaborate with QA to ensure high code quality, including unit and integration testing • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure service reliability • Participate in system design and architecture discussions, suggesting improvements • Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor less experienced engineers on best practices • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment efforts • Maintain documentation as needed to support development efforts • Participate actively in team ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java (8+) or Kotlin • Strong understanding of Java Core concepts and design patterns • Expertise in Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and microservices architecture • Experience with message-based integration using major brokers (GCP Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka, or Amazon SQS) and familiarity with major cloud platforms (preferably GCP) • Proficiency in Git, REST API design, and code reviews • Experience with unit and integration testing, focusing on code quality and close QA collaboration • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactivity • Excellent client-facing communication and team collaboration skills • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
