🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role, with proven skills in team management, mentoring, and project delivery • Experience building backend services and REST APIs • Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ or newer • Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Experience designing or developing microservices or distributed systems in production • Understanding of application architecture and design patterns • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles • **Nice to Have** • Experience with message queues or event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus, etc.) • Experience with Docker or containerized environments • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
