📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.**• Build, optimize, and extend backend services and APIs using PHP and Ruby on Rails.**• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.**• Own feature development from concept through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.**• Improve application architecture, performance, and reliability across the stack.**• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.**• Integrate with third-party APIs, internal services, and cloud-based infrastructure.**• Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and deliver timely fixes.**• Contribute to engineering standards, tooling improvements, and best practices.**• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.**• Strong proficiency with React, including hooks, state management, component design, and build tooling.**• Solid experience with PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks) for backend application development.**• Strong Ruby on Rails expertise, including ActiveRecord, background jobs, RESTful APIs, and MVC patterns.**• Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization.**• Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.**• Strong Git and GitHub workflow skills, including versioning, branching, and pull request management.**• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.**• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.**• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
