📋 Description

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams • Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations • Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and help resolve delivery challenges • Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders • Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development • Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC • Ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD • Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution • Strong ownership, accountability, and independence • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to navigate complex situations and work effectively under pressure • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Desirable: experience with cloud-based POS platforms • Desirable: experience with payment processing or payment systems • Desirable: experience in retail technology • Desirable: experience in FinTech or enterprise commerce platforms
