📋 Description

• Drive the evolution of products and high-impact business initiatives • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog • Align business needs with customer experience • Write user stories and acceptance criteria • Track the development lifecycle • Manage and evolve marketplace platforms, including seller onboarding, catalog, orders, payments, and partner integrations • Use product metrics, data analysis, and performance indicators to support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional Technology, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in related roles involving digital products • Proven experience with digital channels, such as e-commerce, apps, portals, marketplaces, and omnichannel journeys • Experience managing and evolving marketplace platforms, including seller onboarding, catalog, orders, payments, and partner integrations • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar) • Ability to define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs while aligning business needs with customer experience • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and tracking the development lifecycle • Knowledge of product metrics, data analysis, and performance indicators for decision-making • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams • Bachelor’s degree • Certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies (preferred)
