📋 Description

• Build and evolve customer-facing applications • Build and evolve internal tools • Build and evolve integrations and data pipelines • Work directly with the CTO • Combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership and end-to-end ownership • Work with a growing team in the health and wellness industry • Contribute to projects for fast-growing global clients through staff augmentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production web applications, with at least 2 years in a lead, senior, or tech-lead capacity • Deep, hands-on fluency with React and TypeScript • Strong backend experience with Postgres and serverless/edge functions • Experience with booking platforms and appointment data, and knowledge of how that data exists alongside standard commerce tooling • Knowledge of marketing tools, including CDPs and Klaviyo • Experience tracking standard conversion metrics using Google Tag Manager • Hands-on experience with analytics and event tracking pipelines • Track record of building and maintaining third-party API integrations (booking, payments, CRM, or similar) that hold up in production • Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or a comparable agentic coding tool) as a core part of how you build • Ability to use AI tools effectively and safely • Advanced English level • Candidates must be based in Latin America
