📋 Description

• Take ownership of test strategy and automation efforts across multiple product areas. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. • Design and maintain scalable automated test suites across API, backend, and UI layers. • Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integration. • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to define testable requirements. • Identify risks early in the development cycle. • Advocate for automation-first, shift-left testing practices. • Drive quality through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or quality engineering roles. • Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks. • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript. • Solid experience with API testing and backend validation. • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and quality engineering best practices. • Ability to independently own and deliver test automation for complex systems. • Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, Gatling, JMeter, or similar. • Experience testing distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or data platforms. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Exposure to performance, load, or reliability testing. • Experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
