⢠Ensure first-level support on the ServiceNow platform: receive, analyze and resolve incidents. ⢠Escalate complex tickets to higher support levels. ⢠Track tickets until closure and ensure user satisfaction. ⢠Write and update technical and functional documentation. ⢠Participate in the continuous improvement of ITSM processes.
⢠Diploma: Bac +2 to Bac +4 in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. ⢠1 to 2 years of experience with ServiceNow (support, administration or functional use). ⢠Alternatively, experience with a similar tool (Jira Service Management, Remedy, Freshservice, GLPI, Zendesk, etc.) is required. ⢠Good written and oral communication in French. ⢠Service-oriented, detail-oriented and team player.
⢠Ongoing training on the ServiceNow platform and its modules. ⢠Dynamic environment within an international team.
