📋 Description

• Ensure first-level support on the ServiceNow platform: receive, analyze and resolve incidents. • Escalate complex tickets to higher support levels. • Track tickets until closure and ensure user satisfaction. • Write and update technical and functional documentation. • Participate in the continuous improvement of ITSM processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma: Bac +2 to Bac +4 in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. • 1 to 2 years of experience with ServiceNow (support, administration or functional use). • Alternatively, experience with a similar tool (Jira Service Management, Remedy, Freshservice, GLPI, Zendesk, etc.) is required. • Good written and oral communication in French. • Service-oriented, detail-oriented and team player.
