⢠Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data governance practices ⢠Support Data Domain Owners and Data Stewards ⢠Drive the definition and adoption of shared business terminology and data definitions ⢠Define and operationalize governance workflows, escalation paths, and decision forums ⢠Collaborate closely with business and technology teams ⢠Lead improvements in data quality management ⢠Oversee business glossary, semantic definitions, and governance alignment ⢠Identify gaps and opportunities to improve data management capabilities
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in Data Governance or Data Management roles in large, federated organizations ⢠Proven ability to work across business and technology ⢠Hands-on experience with data governance and metadata tooling such as data catalogues ⢠Proven ability to implement governance frameworks pragmatically at scale ⢠Deep understanding of data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata, and lineage ⢠Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills ⢠Experience defining and documenting guidelines, standards, and ways of working ⢠Experience supporting analytics, data engineering, or platform teams
