📋 Description

• In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end ITSM projects: from analysis through design & implementation to rollout and optimization. • You will support companies in the digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes. • You will act as a trusted advisor for client management and serve as the central contact person — both internally and externally. • As an Engagement Manager you will be responsible for the success and budget of one or more client projects. • You will lead workshops for process definition, reengineering and gap analysis. • You will identify optimization opportunities in IT processes — including assessment of benefits, drawbacks and risks. • You will define ITSM/ITOM solutions based on ServiceNow and drive their technical and strategic implementation. • You will work with methods from change management, scoping, RFPs and architecture design. • You will continue to develop your own expertise (e.g. through training & certifications). • You will actively share knowledge with the team: mentoring, community, tools, best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or IT services • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow • Alternatively: implementation experience with BMC Remedy, HP, USU or similar • Confident in process modeling and process optimization • Fluent German and English • Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management • Hands-on experience with platform implementation, data modeling and IT service processes • Certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM/ITOM or equivalent • Independent working style, ownership mentality and strong team skills
