📋 Description

• You translate complex customer requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions. • You implement and configure various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSDM and Custom App Development. • You develop and maintain integrations with other business-critical systems. • You solve technical problems and optimize the performance of ServiceNow. • You organize design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to further improve the user experience and adoption of the ServiceNow platform. • You will support our ServiceNow developers as well as our project and commercial teams with designing ServiceNow solutions and making cost and effort estimates. • You make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a ServiceNow consultant. • Knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, Angular JS, JQuery, JSON) is a plus. • ITIL certification is a plus. • Knowledge of SECOPS is a plus. • Fluent in English. • You are a strong communicator and team player. • You are analytical, problem-solving and customer-oriented.
