• As part of an internal Move to Cloud (Azure) deployment for one of our clients, we are looking for a consultant to manage the service line of the client's internal cloud offering. The assignment includes project management and change management; an interest in Azure is a plus. • Work closely with the client's business office and delivery teams, as well as the community of cloud champions who will act as first-line technical contacts for all client users. • The objective of the assignment is to strengthen the Azure cloud service offering available to all of the client's entities. • Work on communications to create engagement for the internal service offering, in coordination with the client's Performance, Marketing, and Cloud Adoption teams. • Work on the service catalog according to expected service levels, analyze financial return on investment, and prepare the documentation associated with the service offering. • Understand the products delivered on Azure to facilitate communication with delivery teams and avoid being technically challenged. • Drive, organize and report on the overall activity of assigned projects. • Demonstrate strong client communication skills. • Manage the Azure product offering to strengthen the service catalog. • Lead governance/steering committees and produce monitoring and reporting materials (actions, schedule, budget, risks, minutes). • Manage the resources assigned to you and coordinate the actions of all stakeholders. • Proactively anticipate and assess technical and functional risks, with or without technical teams, and propose countermeasures. • Ensure the quality of deliverables and the smooth execution of acceptance testing across project phases. • Organize integration tests, pilot tests, acceptance tests and the transfer of knowledge to clients or client vendors. • Ensure knowledge capitalization and lessons learned throughout the project. • Understand and analyze client needs, and play a key role in identifying and escalating opportunities through your role in various client projects.
• Degree from an engineering school or a Master's (M2) in IT, with at least 6 years of professional experience in IT, preferably on Move to Cloud engagements. • The sought profile is primarily focused on project management/leadership, but candidates with a change management background may also apply. • Microsoft environment (Azure, Modern Workplace). • Adaptability in prioritization. • Ability to simplify and explain complex problems. • Knowledge of complex client organizations. • Autonomy. • Strong communication skills. • Product offering management. • Experienced with Waterfall (V-model) methodologies for client management and familiar with Agile/Scrum to understand delivery team management. • Fluent in French and English. • Able to qualify and articulate client needs, with strong facilitation skills and a leadership mindset. • Open to change, proactive, and a driving force within a team. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900). • Project management certifications (Prince2, ITIL, PMI).
