• As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for acquiring new customers through lead qualification, cold outreach, and managing existing clients • You build new customer relationships, maintain existing contacts, and continuously identify new sales opportunities • In close cooperation with ServiceNow Germany, you operate at the highest partner level • You manage the entire sales process from the initial presentation, through tenders and proposal preparation, to successful project closure • In pre-sales you will be supported by our ServiceNow experts and the delivery team • You work closely with national and international sales colleagues to jointly develop new sales strategies
• Solid sales experience as a Sales, Business Development, or Partner Manager • Proven sales track record and closing strength in IT project business — ideally with a focus on ServiceNow • Extensive network and experience in relationship management with leading technology partners; experience with ServiceNow is preferred • High self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and goal orientation • Strong commercial and analytical thinking combined with excellent interpersonal skills — including in intercultural environments • Willingness to travel for regular customer and partner meetings • Business-fluent German and English
