📋 Description
• You lead complex ServiceNow projects from planning through implementation — within the agreed scope, budget and timeframe. • You are responsible for project scope, schedule and budget, and you ensure client expectations are met. • You act as the primary point of contact for clients and run project and Scrum ceremonies (e.g., dailies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). • You proactively manage risks, issues and changes (RIDAC) and communicate transparently. • You prepare regular project and financial reports for clients and Devoteam. • You ensure agile principles are followed and coach your team and Product Owners. • You work closely with account teams, develop compelling proposals and identify new business opportunities. • You handle day-to-day account and stakeholder management and build strong, long-term client relationships. • You ensure projects are strategically aligned and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction. • You continuously develop your project management and agile methodology skills. • You actively contribute to the further development of our project management standards. • You share your knowledge with other project managers and mentor junior colleagues.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed university degree. • At least 3 years of professional experience as a (Senior) Project Manager. • Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects. • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Existing project management or agile certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CSM, CSPO). • Fluent in German and English. • Excellent communication and change management skills. • Strong consulting skills, particularly in effective communication, presentation, analytical thinking and stakeholder management. • Experience leading global, multicultural and cross-functional teams.
