📋 Description

• Project management — leading multiple complex ServiceNow projects from planning through Go-Live • Responsible for scope, schedule, budget and quality • Primary point of contact for clients; facilitation of project and Scrum meetings • Proactive risk, issue and change management (RIDAC) • Preparation of clear project and financial reports • Ensuring agile ways of working and coaching the team & Product Owner • Close collaboration with account teams and participation in proposal work • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships • Ensuring strategic alignment and high customer satisfaction • Continuous development in project management, agility and ServiceNow • Active contribution to optimizing our project management standards

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a (Senior) Project Manager • Successfully led ServiceNow implementation projects • Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with agile methodologies • Project management or agile certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO) are a plus • Fluent German and English • Strong communication and change management skills • Excellent consulting skills and confident stakeholder management • Experience leading global, multicultural teams
